Welcome! Here is the Global Charter of the Movement.
Who are we?
World with Women is a mixed, international, non-partisan and non-denominational collective, committed to equality between women and men, with collegiate leadership. We move forward together, with humility, kindness, and collective responsibility. This charter constitutes our common contract, applicable to all members, men and women, in all spaces of the movement.
Our six core values
- Solidarity
- We are connected by a shared aspiration for dignity, freedom, equality, and peace.
- Autonomy
- By trusting territories and individuals.
- Balance
- Towards a fairer and more sustainable society.
- Plurality
- By respecting the diversity of people and commitments.
- Action
- For concrete transformation.
- Alliance
- We move forward together.
I commit to respecting the values of the movement and to
- Actively contribute at my level to the movement
- Check my information before sharing it
- Use inclusive, respectful, and kind language
- Listen actively, not monopolize the conversation, and never mock mistakes
- Encourage constructive debate, avoiding any disparaging or unjustified criticism, while focusing on specific and relevant points
Unacceptable behaviors
Strictly prohibited: harassment, aggressive behaviors (intimidation, threatening tone, personal attacks), sexist or discriminatory remarks, attempts to isolate a member, repeated refusal to respect the movement’s values.
Allied men, Men with Women
Your commitment is valuable. You commit to listening before acting, continuous learning, speaking from your own experience without speaking on behalf of women, and putting your skills at the service of the movement. A dedicated welcome and caring mentorship are offered to you.
Safety, accessibility and reporting
This space is safe for everyone, including people with disabilities or specific needs. Any unacceptable behavior contrary to the charter can be reported confidentially to the Ethics and Protection Committee at comite.ethique@worldwithwomen.com, who will contact you.
The Ethics and Protection Committee is composed of Dominique Crochu, Dado Kamissoko, Benoît Louvel and Guillemette Moreau Pernet.
Voluntary departure
You can leave the movement at any time, without justification or judgment. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, as described on the données personnelles page (in French).
